ATD is committed to the education and development of workplace learning and performance professionals. Impact Instruction Group is an active member of both the national and local chapters (Central Ohio ASTD). Amy Franko has served on the local executive board as VP of Programs. Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland
The Girl Scout mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. It is the preeminent leadership development organization for girls. Impact Instruction Group’s Founder and President Amy Franko serves on the board of Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland, where she is responsible for leading the Council’s efforts in attracting, retaining, and developing executive board talent. Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD)
WELD is dedicated to the leadership and economic development of women in Central Ohio, spanning both the private and public sector. WELD has reached over 4,500 people with unique signature events and leadership programming. Amy Franko has been an active member of WELD since 2008, serving in many capacities. Most recently, she was the Chairperson of the WELD Women’s Executive Series, a quarterly series of programs specifically geared for executive-level women in WELD’s membership base.
